The owner, Zeferino, is from Mexico and always had the dream of owning his own business. He started his General contracting business in 2018 then opened Penguin Heating and Air last year to better serve his customers with focused service for HVAC, Heaters and water heaters.

We have many customers who are very happy with our work and will only come to us when they have projects in their homes or businesses. We have customers that refer to us as “Their GUY” when other contractors or friends ask them. That is a great feeling when they are that loyal to us.

We do high quality work and always have the customer in mind on a job. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We will give you a good quote, take care of your home like it was our mother’s house and get the job done on TIME!

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We have maintenance contracts for your HVAC, Furnace or water heater so you never worry but unexpected break downs and if you do have a break down, as a member, you have first priority. We also offer any renovation projects with our sister company.
