My son and I started this business over 22 years ago because we wanted to start a business together and we both had an interest in automobiles. We started off as part of a franchise, but when the franchise agreement expired, we moved forward on our own and have been successful through the transition.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We had a customer who went to another tint shop and was not satisfied with the quality of the job. She went back to them, but they would not redo the job or help her in any way. She came to us, and we determined that the other shop used the same manufacturer’s material as we do. Because of our relationship with the manufacturer, they agreed to allow us to remove the old film and have us retint and cover it under warranty so the customer would not need to pay again. She went away very happy.

Perfect Shade Tinting Solutions strives to give the customer quality products and services at a fair price.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.
