Ashley Reaves, President and Owner of Reaves Realty Group, is a proud Houston native with deep roots in the Spring Champions area. Having lived in and around the Montgomery area her entire life, Ashley brings a personal touch and unparalleled local expertise to every transaction. With 13 years of experience in real estate, she previously worked in the medical field, where she developed a keen attention to detail and a passion for helping others—a skillset that seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career.

Ashley’s dedication to her clients goes beyond just buying and selling homes; she is committed to providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. In addition to her role as a real estate professional, Ashley has served as a Transaction Manager for a mega team in the Houston area, Director of the Commercial Division, and a Productivity Coach at Keller Williams, where she mentored fellow agents to success. After several years of working in real estate for others, she decided it was time to open her own real estate company with her husband, Corey.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We had a client call us to say they wanted to purchase THE home that just hit the market, but we didn’t even have their current house on the market for sale yet. So, with contingencies being difficult to begin with, we had to negotiate a contingency contract on this home in hopes that we could get their current home on the market and sold before our contract on their dream home expired! We sold their home in record time, when other houses in the neighborhood were stagnant for months with our proven marketing strategies and hard work. Not only did they have a contingency, but the buyer for their current home also had a contingency to sell their home that was in another state. We strategically set a game plan and stuck with it!!! After several weeks of hard work on everyone’s end, we closed before our contract deadline!!!
