Customer was pleased that we were able to help him with his tax problem even if he wasnt our tax customer for the year, some unlicense taxpreparer gave her credit she wasnt qualify for, after this instead of getting a refund she got a bill we were able to help her getting rid of this bill and fix her tax return.
