Vanessa’s husband, Ian Hird, serves the team with top of the line photography, drone and 360 virtual tour equipment. We provide “Excellent Service… Plain & Simple” to our wonderful clients.

What types of advertising are you currently doing, and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?

I have had the indoor media My Cart for the past year. This will be my 2nd year. Social media, google and REW.ca are big parts of my digital presence.

My team consists of myself (Realtor) as the team leader, Ian Hird my husband as photographer and admin and Cathy Duggan as a Realtor

What is the story behind your business?

I have been a licenced Realtor since 2005. I started my career as a single mom with 3 little kids. I was married in 2011 and in 2020 my husband joined my thriving real estate career. In 2024 I teamed up with Cathy Duggan to form Vanessa Monteith-Hird & Associates to provide more service to our clients.

VMH Team offers a combined almost 40 years of real estate experience. We have a 5 star rating on google. We are a top preforming real estate team in Campbell River.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

My husband Ian will often offer dump runs, pressure washing and other handyman skills to our clients. Cathy and I help prepare homes for the market by offering a pre-listing staging consultation to all our clients.
