Allie has been leading our operations since the onset of COVID in 2020. When preschools closed, she had to step away from her restaurant management role to stay home with her son. That’s when Todd, the owner, reached out with a unique opportunity—an interim management position here. What was originally supposed to be a four-month role has turned into nearly six years, and she’s been a cornerstone of our team ever since.

Chad, Danny, and Jeff—our longtime drivers—have each been with us for over six years. As some of the company’s very first employees, their dedication, personalities, and exceptional customer service on the road are a major reason our customers keep coming back.

One of our longtime customers in Tahoe City—let’s call him John—uses cannabis as a natural alternative to pharmaceuticals and narcotics to manage chronic health conditions. He orders from us weekly, always greeting our driver with a tray of homemade brownies and a cash tip. A few times a month, he even calls just to say thank you and share how much our service means to him. His kindness, loyalty, and appreciation remind us why we do what we do.
