We have done full page informational mailers, which has probably been our most successful thing but we haven’t done them for a few years now. We do occasional radio stuff to support the radio stations efforts to thanks first responders and other campaigns like that. Word of mouth has been really good to us as well as a good presence on google.
We currently have 13 people running the shop. All of us are special. 🙂 Some days more special than others. 🙂
Joe and Dwaine Holland, a son and father team opened Color Country Automotive in 2010. Dwaine had been an owner of an auto repair shop with 2 locations in St. George since 1992 but had partnership issues that made it necessary to make a change and leave the partnership. Joe had been managing one of the shops for several years at that time and both he and Dwaine decided to open up a new shop closer to home in the Hurricane Valley. Color Country Automotive started out with just the 2 of them and grew quickly. About a year later they purchased a building close by that would facilitate the growth and 2 years after that added on to the new building doubling it’s size and tripling its production capability. They have always tried to hire honest people as team members that would help them make sure their customers were taken care of the way they wanted them to be. There have been a lot of growing pains over the years that have come and gone but they have been able to continue to have a reputation for being honest and going the extra mile to take care of all their customers the best they could.
We have always done the best we can to make sure our customers know how much we appreciate them trusting us enough to take care of their vehicles. It would be hard to pick out one specific experience but our reviews tell the whole story.
There are a lot of great shops in the area and it would be unfair to say that there is a big advantage to coming to us over our competitors. I will say that we care a lot how our customers feel when they have done business with us and always tell our customers that if they aren’t 100% satisfied with their service, we want to know so we can do everything within our means to make it right. Taking care of a customer’s situation is more important that the money.
