What Products or Services does your business provide?

We are a boba drink shop. We offer a variety of milk teas, smoothies, fruit teas and coffee drinks. We cater to schools, business meetings, clubs, churches and more. We have claw and gashapon machines for the collectors out there. We also have third party delivery service, such as, DoorDash, ubereats, and grubhub. You can also order online for pick up using our Revi system through our link in our website.

What types of advertising are you currently doing, and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?

Most successful advertising so far is through our POS system because it collects all of our customer’s information every time they order. We can use it to send mass emails.

Tell us about your employees.

We have 8 employees. All students and two of them has been with the company since the business started. We have 3 high school students and one of them is fighting for valedictorian. One of my senior in college actually trained us as the new owners. She’s been with the company through the opening of two stores and work through the unpredictable Covid era.

What is the story behind your business?

We are actually new owners for this particular shop for the Bubble University. We took over the establishment back in January 2024. We were captured by the passion of the brand CEO and wanted to help carry on her business. They were unable to continue the business because there was an illness in the family and had to stay in Los Angeles to take care of a sick family member. We took on her vision of creating a healthy boba drink for this community. We source products with the most natural ingredients. We use as much organic products as we can to create a more natural healthy and tasty drink. That’s also the most challenging part because we need to do all that while keeping the price reasonable in this rough economy. To be absolutely honest, it’s not an easy business to run at all. There are so many challenges from the sudden increase in rent, electricity, material, wages, and basically everything in between. However, we love the staff that have and refuse to give up because of them. The name Bubble University is very fitting because everyone under this roof has pick up a boba major to add to their resume. On top of providing a great drink and experience to our customer, we also pride ourselves on providing great transferable skills to our student staff to take with them to their future careers. We are proud owners of this establishment and is bless to have the opportunity to service this community.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

There are so many great customer experiences, but I want to say our regulars really brings it home for us. We have this one guy that orders the same drink everyday. A Jasmine milk tea half ice with pearl and no straws. He comes in every day to the point where the staff will look out for him and as soon as they spot him in the parking lot, they will race to make his drink so he will have it as soon as he enters the shop. Ready, cold and delicious.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We are the only spot that brew our tea fresh everyday. We are the only spot that uses straus creamy organic milk. We are the only shop that doesn’t use artificial bleached milk creamers or powder. We build our drink to order and not pre make them in batches. We start with all the raw ingredients and customize it to order.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We offer discounts for bulk orders and we offer catering. We also set up booths at events when invite. We do fundraiser for schools and charities. With advance notice and availability, we also delivery to your event.
