We currently have around 20 employees and each one brings a unique perspective to the HVAC field. We take pride in representing Rutty and Morris as an honest, transparent and trustworthy business and our employees ensure that each customer feels at home when doing business with us. We currently have a full office staff, a dedicated installation team with an equally dedicated installation manager, a well-rounded team of NATE certified technicians, a seasoned refrigeration technician and our compassionate owner, Chad Rutty.

What is the story behind your business?

At the age of 30, Chad Rutty embarked on a new adventure by starting an HVAC business. This decision was driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful impact on not only the industry, but in our community as well. Rutty and Morris was built on a foundation of core values — integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to quality. We are devoted to ensuring that every service call, installation, and repair is executed with precision and care, believing that customer satisfaction should be more than just a promise; it should be a guarantee. 21 years later, our mission remains clear: to restore faith in HVAC services by delivering unparalleled quality and exceptional customer experiences. By focusing on professional development, staying updated with the latest industry advancements, and fostering a team of skilled technicians, we are confident that Rutty and Morris will continue setting the standard for excellence. For Chad, starting this business at 30 years old was not just a career choice — it was a calling guided by a passion to transform the industry and ensure that every customer feels valued and receives the highest level of service possible.

At Rutty and Morris, we offer a wide variety of services and each call is different in its own way. Our services include HVAC repairs and installations, air balancing, mini splits, commercial refrigeration services, ice machine sales/repairs/installations, indoor air quality solutions, preventative maintenance plans, and we have showroom stocked with parts and supplies. We have a technician on call 24/7 including weekends and holidays to ensure that our customers never have to go without comfort if we can help it. Our employees are trained to work on every make and model and we service residential, commercial and industrial customers all across the Southeast Texas area.
